für 2006 hat Hilleberg am Akto Reflektoren an jeglichen Abspannpunkten angebracht. Is zwar nit so der Renner finde ich aber dadurch bekommt man so manches Akto aus 2005 fürn geilen Preis. Habe mein Akto Ultra (2005) dadurch samt Unterlage für 370€ bekommen.

Optimus of Sweden introduces new products, new fuels and a fully updated product range with new design – available spring 2006.
Optimus International AB of Sweden, manufacturer of high end outdoor and expedition stoves since 1899, introduces two new stoves, new accessories, new fuels, and major design updates on all products at ISPO Winter 2006 in Munich. The new range will be available from spring 2006.
Optimus has gained a lot of new energy and strength following the change in ownership last spring when the Swedish company Thinkout took over the helm. Energy that has been used to perfect and upgrade the Optimus product range. Highlights in the new range are:
* Optimus Nova+ , the first multifuel expedition stove where you can control the burner at a safe distance from the flame using the new patent pending Powerline™ control valve.
* Optimus Stella+, an exceptionally easy to use stable remote burner gas stove that folds down to a mere 35 mm for packing.
* Energy by Optimus, the best of stoves deserve the best fuels. Optimus Arctic Fuel is a new premium gasoline for high performance multifuel and gasoline stoves. Optimus Gas is a premium blend of 70% butane and 30% propane for extended 3 season use with gas stoves.
Clearly visible is also a new crisp black and green design theme on all products. The green colour is used to highlight activation points on the products such as control handles and tank lids.

Optimus Nova+ is exactly what the name suggest, a stove with the performance of the original award winning Optimus Nova – plus a little more. A new patent pending Powerline™ control valve uses the fuel hose as extension to the valve, so flame control is done by simply twisting the fuel hose at the GREEN controller. Perfect for winter activities since using a wind shielded stove with gloves on will now be made easy. It is also safer since operating the stove is done remotely, at a safe distance from the flame. Introducing Optimus Stella+, an extremely stable, remote burner gas stove that folds down to nothing.
The Optimus Stella+ was born from a simple idea of combining features of multifuel stoves and gas stoves to create an extremely stable, all weather stove. One of the advantages of a remote burner gas stove is that they can be wind shielded without the risk of overheating the gas canister. Consequently Optimus Stella+ comes complete with a wind-shield. Thanks to an innovative foldable burner head, Optimus Stella+ packs down to a slim 35mm that will fit anywhere in a backpack and even in the accessory pocket of the Optimus Terra cook set stuff bag. A cleverly designed piezo igniter is fully integrated with the remote gas valve, making the Stella+ exceptionally safe and easy to use since all controls are kept well away from the burner head. Optimus Arctic Fuel
Optimus Arctic Fuel contains a premium, chemically clean, heptane based gasoline with high energy content. It is specifically designed for trouble free use in high performance multifuel and gasoline stoves in any climate. The fuel is so clean it will hardly build up any soot even when used as pre-heating liquid. An innovative safety dispenser and child-safe cap ensures safe and easy filling of fuel bottles and stoves without spillage. If the fuel is accidentally sprayed on a fire source the spout is designed to melt and self seal preventing the fire from entering the bottle.
Available sizes: M (medium) 0.45 litres (corresponding to one filling of an Optimus M size fuel bottle) and L (large) 1.0 litre.
Optimus Arctic fuel is produced in cooperation with Den Norske Eterfabrikk of Norway who has several years of experience supplying polar expeditions with stove fuel.
Optimus Gas
Optimus Gas is a premium blend of 70% butane and 30% propane to ensure stove performance even in cold conditions. It is the perfect choice for extended 3-season use with any gas stove using threaded canisters of the EN417 norm. Optimus gas canisters are supplied with canister seals, a protective cap that indicates if a canister is unused or not. The canister seal can also be re-used to safely protect the canisters thread from damage.

Klättermusen verändert einige Produkte und Materialien.
nur noch YGG-Jacke wird weiter aus Event gefertigt. Die anderen werden auf Cutan umgestellt, was noch besser als Event ist. Stretchfähig, pflegeleichter, atmungsaktiver bei Wärme. Wassersäule 35 Meter.
Riri-Reissverschlüsse werden wieder durch YKK ersetzt
