    Fazit

        4.1. Landscape
The action area for Sørfjord Vindpark is described as a high-fat plateau with many small and large water, and the landscape in and around the wind farm appears to be relatively typical the landscape regions it belongs to. The landscape consists of shifts between fjord landscape, mountain plateau, water and mountain tops of different designs. The value is considered as intermediate, with elements of higher value, but with technical intervention that reduces whole feeling. Overall, the wind farm will be very visible within the area of action. To mitigating the consequences, unnecessary terrain damage must be avoided. Because of this is both the cave system Salthølene and Tverrelvhalsen north of Brynvatnet pulled out of planning area. In addition, as far as possible, it has been attempted to adapt roads and turbine locations to the terrain formations in the area.

        4.2 Outdoor life and traffic
Today the area is characterized by some periodic use associated with skiing at Easter and hunting autumn. However, mainly the use is linked to organized tours along the Gränsleden; one cultural history trail which is a cross-border cooperation project between Tysfjord and Gällivare municipalities. The developer plans to make the area as far as possible used by the public as before. The developer is in dialogue with the Gränsleden representatives and looks at measures that safeguard the interests of Gränsleden, also after the development of power plant. As the road network internally in the power plant is now being projected, the trail will be untouched in the majority of the affected area. During the construction work, Gränsleden users shall be led or carried over the construction work. There will be signs both in Kjøpsvik and in Sørfjord regarding the work and current measures when using the trail. The ferry boat to Sørfjorden from Kjøpsvik has been closed, but in 2016, Grenseleden noticed a new route that runs from Rijtjem to Storå and from Storå, the ferry service goes to Kjøpsvik daily. This road will be a good option to avoid construction work in Sørfjorden during the development phase, see figure 8

        4.3. Biodiversity
There were recorded 50 species of birds and 10 mammals in the original plan and influenza area. In addition, it is likely that more smokers use the area. Of the registered species there are 13 red-listed. Total field weight for the plan area was set at 3 (regional value), and it was primarily the relatively dense stock of smolom and havelle that is the reason for this. As the roads in the power plant are now being projected, the most vulnerable areas for fauna and flora are preserved as well as possible. It has also been taken into account and established a corridor for reef through the power plant in cooperation with Unna Tjerusj samby.

I agree with you vobo that it is completely incomprehensive why Norway is building wind power facilities. We have more than 100% enough hydropower for our own use, we even export it to Sweden and Denmark and also some to Germany. Wind turbines are far more expensive than hydro power, why are we erecting them since we dont need them?

For me the answer is virtue signalling, like "we are also taking part in the green movement". Totally BS IMHO.

But Things are slowly changing. I saw the New Year speach that your "mutti Angela" held recently. And not once did she mention Energiewende or climate at all! That was amazing, as she has been a so strong proponent for this.

But all in all the (negative) impact of wind turbines on nature is less than for hydro power (the artificial lakes... the "switched-off" waterfalls...etc.)

                https://www.sagat.no/leder/la-nade-ga-for-rett/19.13314

                Hier die Google-Übersetzung:

The Sami Parliament demands that the Lule Sami youth association Doaibma Siebrre Julevsábme (DSJ) must repay an advance of NOK 165,000.

The money was disbursed as advance payment for support for Lule Sami week in 2017. However, youth unions decide that it should not arrange a traditional Lule Sami week this extraordinary year.

Instead, they arranged courses in gamma building in Tjudehårro (500 meters above sea level) in Hellmobotn. The result was a gamme that can be used as a future "mountain school" for Lule Sami children and young people. Youth night was also held in connection with the Tysfjord case.

The formal error that was made was thus that youth associations did not obtain prior approval of the redeployment made. Basically, it is both right and important that the Sami Parliament has a neat line of economic affairs. There can or should be no sling in the drum when money is involved.

At the same time, it is allowed to use the head and healthy conscience. This happened in the time when the small Lule Sami community was in a state of emergency because of the extensive abuse that was revealed in the Tysfjord case. Even if some bureaucrats had to feel stepped on their toes, it becomes a little too easy for the Sami Parliament to run formal lights against a youthful association which after all arranged good activities for children and young people in the local community.

A sensible discretion indicates that the Sámediggi should, on this special occasion, let grace go for justice, as has previously been done with similar cases from Evenes and Alta. After all, the money has not been spilled on nonsense, silly and personal enrichment.

                - The grant is used in the best sense for measures for Lule Sami youth. There is accounting for how the money is spent, says current DSJ manager Kamilla Nergård to Ságat.

We think Nergård here has incredibly good points that are both trustworthy and that should go straight home with the Sami Parliament. Youth associations strive to sort out the formal fades that were committed. Nor have you tried to "fool" the Sami Parliament in any way.

The Sami Parliament should have a nasty taste in the mouth about the Lule Sami youths for the next four years, having to focus on crown rolling and profits on other events to pay "debt" to the Sami parliament.

We are pleased to note that the Sami council Henrik Olsen (NSR) facing Ságat keeps the door open to be able to leave the amount. We think the Sami Parliament can do this with good conscience in this particular case. That the Sami Parliament shows magnanimity will be a nice gesture in front of this year's Lule Sami week that starts on Wednesday. You do not have to keep the DSJ on the torch and wait for the harvest before cutting through.
